Space Mural

Painted into the corner of a bedroom, the main premise was to have the constellations as a fun learning tool. The result is a reasonably accurate (given the constraints of three perpendicular surfaces) representation of the northern hemisphere sky in November. The nebulas depicted are based on real ones but their size and positioning are entirely by artistic licence. There are, as far as we know no pigs, cows or monkeys in space. Or caf├ęs. Or road traffic signs fixed to planetoids. But we haven’t looked very far yet so who knows.
